Easy Municipal Solutions ("we", "us") is an independent private consultancy based in Pretoria, South Africa. We assist clients with municipal account matters. We are the responsible party for the personal information you provide to us, as contemplated in the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
2. Information we collect
To assist you we may collect: your name, contact details, identity number, municipal account number, property details, municipal statements, and any information you share about your matter. We collect only what is reasonably necessary to help you.

- To prepare, submit and follow up applications and account queries on your authority
- To communicate with you about your matter
- To comply with our legal obligations
4. Sharing your information
Where you authorise us to act on your behalf, we may share the necessary information with the relevant municipality or organ of state for the purpose of your matter. We do not sell your personal information. We may use trusted service providers (for example email or hosting) who are bound to protect your information.
5. Storage and security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, unauthorised access and misuse. We keep your information only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.
6. Your rights
